The Sports + Entertainment Summit is an event hosted by The Winning Edge Leadership Academy and made possible by a grant from the Endeavor Foundation. The summit is a two-day workshop designed to introduce current and former female and minority student-athletes to the business of sports + entertainment. Participants will have the opportunity to gain insight from industry professionals at Endeavor and other local industry leaders. Participants will also work on valuable skills including interview preparation and professional presence.

Space is limited to 20 participants.
We are looking for current and former college student-athletes who want to learn what it takes to start or continue a successful career in the sports + entertainment industry. Participants must also be a woman or a minority (based on federal guidelines definition for a minority).
Participants will be exposed to real world knowledge and a diverse network of industry professionals who have a passion to influence the next generation. Participants will also receive additional professional development opportunities throughout the year through with The Winning Edge Leadership Academy.
Participants are responsible to come prepared to learn, participate in all activities, and engage in intentional conversations throughout the summit.
Registration covers lodging, meals, and program materials. Participants not needing a hotel have no cost to attend.
*Current student-athletes are encouraged to gain the support of their athletic department to cover the cost of attendance.
