WE are committed to providing experiences that enhance the career development for minority student-athletes and their post-graduate success. During our career development programs, [Game Changers] build their network and participate in exercises designed to assist them as they begin or continue their journey in sports and entertainment. 

Our signature event is the Game Changing Retreat. A challenging, four-day professional development experience in Atlanta, GA designed for current and former minority NCAA/NCJAA/NAIA student-athletes who have a desire to work in sports and entertainment. Game Changers learn from industry mentors, engage in small-group career preparation, break bread with established veterans while having a little with trap yoga and a golf lesson.

WE work with athletic departments to provide unique career development and training for staff. From resume reviews and LinkedIn creation to conversations with staff that change the game in student-athlete development.

Unlike traditional networking events, our Dinners of Influence allow Game Changers to break bread with industry veterans in a moderated conversation. These conversations not only provide advice for the next generation but allows for an exchange of ideas on industry trends.

In the sports and entertainment industry, who you know and who knows you, can be the difference between sitting on the sidelines and getting in the game.  That’s why networking, making connections, and maintaining relationships with industry professionals is imperative to our Game Changers’ success. With our supportive network and mini-grants, our Game Changers have had meaningful experiences exposing them to the industry building their network.

Previous trips include: ACC & SEC WBB tournament, X-Games, NCAA WBB Final Four, ACC and SEC Media Days, bdGlobal Sports events, UNC and Duke FB camps, espnW Summit, Women Leaders in College Sports conference, National Association of College Directors of Athletics conference, SEC Football Championship, College Football Playoff National Championship game.

The Gigs for Game Changers Challenge was designed to overcome employment challenges in a scalable and cost-effective way by providing Game Changers with short-term professional assignments. These assignments administer hands-on professional experience and connect Game Changers to employers and leaders in the sports and entertainment industry.
