WE are committed to providing experiences that enhance the career development for minority student-athletes and their post-graduate success. During our career development programs, [Game Changers] build their network and participate in exercises designed to assist them as they begin or continue their journey in sports and entertainment. 

Our signature event is the Game Changing Retreat. A challenging, four-day professional development experience in Atlanta, GA designed for current and former minority NCAA/NCJAA/NAIA student-athletes who have a desire to work in sports and entertainment. Game Changers learn from industry mentors, engage in small-group career preparation, break bread with established veterans while having a little with trap yoga and a golf lesson.
