Qiava Martinez

Vice President of Premium Seating & Service
Oakland Raiders Football club

In my role, I am responsible for developing all strategies for premium seating, suite sales and service.

I began my career with The Oakland Raiders as an Inside Sales Ticket Representative in 2008. The passion and drive I had for sports quickly accelerated me into the role of Director of Group Sales and Fundraising for three years where I developed and created the new group sales department. While overseeing the group department, my team was ranked top three in group sales among all NFL teams. Shortly after, the Raiders promoted me to the Director of Premium Seating and Service. In two short years of being the Director of Premium Seating and Service, I was able to create new incentive programs and suite inventory which generated new revenue streams for the organization.

My motivation comes from being one of nine siblings (1 sister/7 brothers), I come from a football family. My father, Willie Harper played in the National Football League for 13 years (11 of those years were with the San Francisco 49ers). Being in a house filled with boys, I was raised to see no gender and that I could work in the NFL and play any sport I wanted as long as I put my mind and hard work towards my goals. I am driven everyday to make my family and community proud.
