My WHY is for student-athletes in great appreciation for the student-athlete experience that I had at Texas Tech University. The student-athlete experience can and should be a transformative experience. I serve the University of Georgia and the Athletic Association understanding that we are charged with challenging, championing and preparing the next generation of leaders. In my role, I am responsible for strategic planning, human resources, Title IX compliance as it applies to athletics and most importantly - fostering an environment where our students can thrive in their academic, athletic and social pursuits.
