A former Women’s Basketball player at Iona College 2006-2010, Flagg just completed her 6th year on staff at Seton Hall University. Some of Coach Flagg’s responsibilities include scouting, recruiting, development of Seton Hall’s Wing players. Flagg has coached a host of All-Big East players in her six seasons at Seton Hall, including most recent Dallas Wings Draftee Shakena Richardson. In addition to Flagg’s presence on the recruiting trail and her development of players, she is a WBCA Mentor and volunteers at several community service events.
