I am currently a Research Associate, working in the Sports and Higher Education practice for Parker Executive Search. My main responsibilities are to conduct comprehensive research on clients and target institutions, develop and execute a detailed search strategy, and assist in the recruitment of qualified candidates based on the needs of the client and institution. Prior to joining Parker Executive Search, I worked for the University of Wisconsin-Madison Athletic Department in the office of Career & Leadership, helping to prepare student-athletes for their professional endeavors post collegiate career. I do what I do, because I genuinely care and am interested in learning about others dreams and serving as a resource to help them further define both their personal and professional passions. I believe it is my purpose in life to serve as a “connector” to our future leaders in a way that is empowering, educational, and supportive of their endeavors and pursuits. The opportunity to join the team at Parker Executive Search has provided me a space to continuously connect and engage with amazing and inspiring individuals throughout the Sports and Higher Education industries. By focusing on the relational side of interactions, I am better able to empower those I meet with the confidence and reassurance that they hold the key to elevating their overall quality of life.
