I have been involved in athletics since 5 years old either as an athlete, coach, administrator, president or consultant.  Being in athletics throughout my life has shaped me into the person I am today.  There are so many valuable life lessons to be learned through sports while also having an impactful career.  I am excited to share my experiences with others to support in shortening their learning curve and understanding how to strategically maximize your experiences.
