Sr. Associate Athletics Director - Compliance/Special Projects

Jessica Reo is currently the FIU Senior Associate AD for Compliance and Special Projects. She came to FIU after spending 13 years at UCF as the senior associate athletics director for student services and member of the Director of Athletics' Executive Leadership team. She also served as the school's Senior Woman Administrator (SWA). She was named one of the Top 10 Senior Woman Administrators in the country in 2015 while at UCF. Her entire professional background has been in intercollegiate athletics at the Division I level, both at Power 5 and non-Power 5 institutions. She has been appointed to college and NCAA committees and is proud to work with student-athletes and staff to make intercollegiate athletics better every day.
